Return and Refund Policy

At NextBacklinks, we strive to deliver high-quality backlink services that are automated, efficient, and transparent. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may—or may not—be issued.


1. Non-Returnable Services

All backlink services, once executed, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:

  • PBN Posts
  • Sidebar Posts
  • Guest Posts
  • Sticky or Drip Feed campaigns

Once a backlink has been created and published on a domain, it cannot be reversed, deleted, or refunded.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You ordered backlinks and the posts were successfully published.
  • The campaign was completed, whether manually or through automation.
  • You provided incorrect URLs or keywords.
  • You changed your mind after placing the order.

Important: Once a link goes live, the service is considered delivered and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.


3. Order Review System

For every completed order, users will have the ability to leave a review based on their experience. We believe in transparency and allow clients to rate the quality of service after successful delivery. This helps us ensure consistent quality and performance.


4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a mistake occurred (e.g., your campaign did not run, or links were not published at all), please contact our support team within 48 hours of the order date. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action if the claim is valid.
