- Spam domain owners or abuse network domains
- Misrepresent your identity or your client’s details
Violating these terms may result in account termination and reporting to legal authorities.

- All campaign data (links, keywords, DA/DR/TF/IP) is available through downloadable reports.
- We do not guarantee permanent indexing or search engine rankings.
- While we monitor domain quality, final SEO outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
NextBacklinks shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of rankings or traffic resulting from posted links
- Penalties imposed by third-party platforms (e.g., Google)
- Downtime, bugs, or performance issues during maintenance or upgrades
- Content rejected by our automated systems for policy violation
